The crystallizer is a very critical component in continuous casting equipment. During the solidification process in which molten steel is injected into the mold to gradually form the thickness of the billet shell, the mold is required to have good thermal conductivity, cooling capacity and wear resistance; good rigidity and convenient loading and unloading.

The crystallizer adopts the international and domestic advanced uniform narrow water gap and high water speed cooling structure, which effectively avoids the partial boiling of the cooling water, so that the casting billet passing through the crystallizer not only increases the thickness of the billet shell but also reduces the solidification corner cracks and squares.

According to different requirements, the crystallizer can be upgraded to a precision processing diversion jacket type crystallizer. The copper pipe design for finishing the outer profile and optimizing the taper layout of the inner profile ensures the uniformity of the water joints around it in one step.

Self-vibrating crystallizer

The overall structure is more compact and the size is much smaller than the traditional design, in order to reduce the weight of the shaker system equipment.

The crystallizer "copper pipe, inner water jacket and mold upper flange" vibrate. The crystallizer box itself, cooling water, vibrating table and electromagnetic stirring coil are all fixed. Compared with the traditional design, the dynamic gravity is reduced by 95%, so the vibration frequency and vibration accuracy are greatly improved.

High-precision vibration can significantly reduce the depth of vibration marks on the surface of the steel billet, improve the surface quality of the casting billet, and increase the service life of the mold copper tube. Low maintenance costs.

The vibration drive source is a servo hydraulic cylinder, which drives the vibrating arm to generate vibration; the flexible hydraulic control system can change the vibration frequency and amplitude during the pouring process, thereby optimizing the negative slippage time and negative slippage rate; meanwhile, the control system can realize online selection of different non-sinusoidal vibration modes such as sinusoidal curve, deformed sinusoidal curve and triangular curve.
