The intermediate tanker is used to transport the baked intermediate tank from the preparation position to the casting position, and uses the lateral movement and lifting device to make the intermediate tank nozzle accurately cast on the mold gate. When the casting is completed or an accident cannot be cast, the intermediate tanker can quickly return to the preparation position (or accident position) for tank replacement or accident handling. In order to ensure continuous casting in multiple furnaces, each continuous casting machine should be equipped with two intermediate tankers, arranged symmetrically with the center line of the continuous casting machine. One is for online casting and the other is for baking and other preparation work. The intermediate tank is carried and transported between the pouring position and the baking station.
